Now this is just stupid. the man is naked in his own house and he gets arrested just because some kids peeped at him.
I have a feeling that this case is going to get laughed out in court.
See, the problem here is that, like we've all said, those 2 were the crime peoples. Tresspassing, peeping (Or whatever it's called), and plus, what happen to the bill of rights? Don't we get privicy? Plus, halve of us probibly get up in the nude anyways. I have been warned at all.

haven't, is what i mean. I want my grammer right.
Were there ever any updates to this case? I'd like to find out what happened.
"Sir, we are surrounded!"
"Excellent, we can attack in any direction!"
That guy looks like a hippie. No wonder the cops arrested him and didn't believe that he did it on accident.
He deserves the arrest because he can't proof that he didn't know the curtains were open. He should have had the curtains closed before getting naked.
How would you like it if I played my HD porn DVDs on my 63" plasma in my living room with the curtains wide open while you walked your son 5 feet away on a side walk? Then I say that I didn't know the curtains were open.
Arrest the irresponsible hippie.
What the hell?! Are peapole stupid for real, they fucking treaspassed his property isn't there a law for that?
This too will pass.
Personally I think that's unfair. They were crossing private property weren't they. The bitch >.<

A woman and a 7-year-old boy were cutting through Williamson's front yard from a nearby path, according to WTTG-TV, Channel 5 in Washington. Through his front window, they saw Williamson having coffee in his birthday suit.
Fairfax County police showed up and arrested him. Williamson said he had no idea anyone could see him, but police said they believed he wanted to be seen by the public, said WTTG, a Faux station.
If convicted, Williamson could face one year in jail and a $2,000 fine. He plans to fight the charge.
"If I stood and seemed comfortable in my kitchen, it's natural. It's my kitchen," he told the station.

That's completely retarded.....if that guy really wanted to be seen, we would've picked a better spot to show off, don't you think?
I mean, one year in jail because two idiots happened to pass in front of your house?
That's something more than ridiculous...I pity the poor guy :(
We were born nekkid, we aren't arrested from emerging from the vagina naked. Why should we be arrested in our safe haven as adults when we're nekkid? Its the kids faults for trying to get a peek of dong.

This won over your post.

That would have required him to walk close enough to it to be considered flaunting his stuff.

Everything I wanted to say has already been said by someone else, but I'll just add, it's situations like this that give Americans a bad name (amongst many other things).

What the hell? that's ridiculous! if you sleep naked and someone looks at you from the window, do you get arrested for that??
