The woman and her kid were trespassing on his property. He should have THEM arrested, then have his lawyer work out a deal with their lawyer.

Not really. There is a difference between walking around in the privacy of your home and someone looking into your window and seeing your dick. I can't believe a court would even entertain a case like this, but then again, stranger things have happened in the US court system.
