There's a job opening at the local newspaper for graphic design/photoshopping. I want to put together a portfolio of what I'm capable of in Photoshop, but NG has left me with a little too much cock humour to bring to a job interview.
Suggestions on what to do?

Well if you seriously can't do anything but photoshop penises on things, you shouldn't consider applying. I'd suggest you show abilities in touching up photos or getting rid of unnecessary noise in photos. (things that distract from the main focus.)
