Dead skins cells, the natural oils on your skin, and other things will eventually make a bra dirty. But, it can be worn for a handful of days before that point.

Sweat and stuff like that.. Same thing as with any tops / t-shirts .. Surely, you don't get like visible dirt or anything but you still change it obviously. I change tops at least once a day, even if they don't have any dirt / sweat anything on them, for example.

You know women, they're neat freaks and they have to clean everything. I've never really thought about it before, but cleaning bras isn't necessary. I have wondered why their cleaned in the first place. Boobs can get sweaty though, as well as the chest area, and bras will stink when that happens, and chicks sometimes eat clumsily and get crumbs down their bra and such.

I have a brass instrument, although it's a bit more malleable than the normal brass instrument, it only plays a few notes, but you will have so much fun it makes you make the notes.

That pretty much covers all the reasons it could get dirty. And if the girl sweats (I guess that falls under natural oils) then it will get dirty. And they could wrestle in mud. But than again, they probably wouldn't be wearing bras.
