Although that trailer was brilliant, I wonder how much of it will be transferred to the actual game.
For example, It'd be great in the game if you're actually out-running air strikes and taking out an entire mall of zombies.

Well one of the finales takes place on a bridge and as you progress the military bombs a section of it. Also, there's another finale that takes place in a mall.

This game is looking good, I probably won't pre-order it because I'll be spending a lot of my time with MW2 but I'm definitely going to be buying the heck out of it at some point.

It does look like an adrenaline rush which is what I liked about the first one. I'm a bit worried it will be overshadowed by MW2 but I will definitely pick it up for Christmas.

I hope that the air strike scene means that the finales will be more dynamic in this game. For the most part, all the finales in l4d boiled down to the survivors sitting in a corner until the tank comes every single time. Forcing the survivors to keep moving would make for a much more exciting ending.

That really was an awesome trailer. I hope to get this game at some point but I'm not too sure when. I mean I definitely want Modern Warfare 2, and this is released soon after. Although this trailer was good, you have too keep in mind that there was no actual gameplay footage there. There have been games with awesome trailers that really make you want to buy the game, but when you get around to playing it you are hugely disappointed.

The one game I would consider getting an XBox360 for, but I think I'll just wait until I get a new PC that can actually play it and get it then. One game is worth buying a console for.

Well...they said they'd only have one big intro cutscene. But Valve wouldn't make tons of random hi-def 5 second cutscenes just for a trailer. It could be cutscenes from intros and outros to each campaigns.
