Just checked the review on gametrailers.com and it looks pretty good, not going to get on release, might get it for xmas though.

Interested I read a review on it last night, have to say that it sounds excellant as and I'll definitely be getting it. Who cares if the characters look stupid? As long as the gameplay's good then its good enough for me and bound to sap a lot of hours out of my life.

It's like all the other overhyped games of recent releases. Modern Warfare 2 will only be the truly good buy this 2009.

Actually I remember reading that it scaled the difficulty up (adds enemies/makes them harder to kill) depending on how many people are playing and what level everyone is. So some of the missions we did that were really damn hard might not be as bad if it was solo as oposed to rolling with 2 other people.

I could be completely wrong about that though.

I'm currently weighing up if to get it on PC or X-Box 360. Either way, it suddenly sounds VERY interesting. Art style is a bit nasty personally, but I realise it's not a game to take with an ounce of seriousness.

I wouldn't say this game is overhyped at all. I haven't see any commercials for it and none of my friends knew about it until I told them

Early on you might remember we did a mission that had us kill two special skags named Marley and Moe. I tried doing that same mission by myself earlier and it was near impossible, even though my level matched the suggested level for the mission. I could have only beaten it if I was leveled up a ton or if I had another person helping me. Also I doubt Skagzilla could be taken care of by one person at the suggested mission level.

Well this game was in development way before fallout 3 came out.

I have played this game already and it is AWESOME!

I love the look of Borderlands. It's definitely a game I'd like to pick up, but I won't be getting it tomorrow. I might get it around Christmas, or just after. I'm expecting the second hand value to plummet when MW2 is released, due to all the kids trying to shift it for the next exciting installment in the CoD franchise.

I'd like to get Borderlands. Getting it on release isn't a big deal to me though. I dislike the art style used, but then again: Crackdown used the 'cel-shaded' look as well, and that game is amazing fun.

Yeah, I re-checked and it is tomorrow. When I pre-ordered it off the GAME website on Wednesday, it said 3 days until release, so I thought that it meant Saturday. Hopefully the game might come tomorrow then!

Sound. I'd play but I doubt i'll be on at all tomorrow, regardless of buying it. Will be looking for 3 co-op partners if I do come on though!
