Yes. Halloween. What should I ask from my parents for my birthday? Money? Cake? To finally pay me back the $1000+ they owe me? Or just be a goody-good boy and ask for nothing?

So newgrounds. What should I ask for my birthday? Or what should I do even?

La la la la.

Discuss.

Since it's on Halloween, I think you should dress up like Hitler and jump small children for their candy. That way, you get candy, you don't have to go trick or treating, and you get children to scream at you. That's all I'd ask for on my birthday.

Where does a 15 year old get thousands of dollars to lend his PARENTS?

$500 came from a Guitar Hero Tournament, the rest from selling a PSP and a Phone I won in other contests and just plain saving up from birthdays and holidays. I'm one of those people that barely spends money.

You don't deserve a cent of that money. It seems you didn't have to do any work to get it.

Why they give out cash prizes for such a retarded game is beyond me. It's just ENCOURAGING kids like you to do nothing with their lives and instead PRETEND to be successful at something.

Woah fuck off. Just because he won a gaming competition doesn't mean he's going to do nothing with his life in the future. As long as gaming companies offer cash prizes there will always be people trying to win them, don't blame him for using his GH/Rock Band practice to good use. I wish I had something to show for years of wasting my life on games.

Don't just judge him though based on that. From the sounds of things, he's a smart kid who is wise enough to save the money he does have for the future. Of course right now he's too young to make money any other way.

Which is what got me curious, but it's no reason to resent him.

Hope you have a good birthday on Halloween.

Well I would pay for therapy to try to recover the precious hours you must've spent practicing it.

Umm... Well first off, your name corresponds to your reply. And second, I'm not a GH freak, I played that game once the day before the competition, before that was like months ago, it's not like I practiced years for it, so stop being an asshole, kthx? The PSP came from the same competition, and the phone came from my schools talent show, which I submitted art into. The rest was saving up and not spending my money.

So grab a tampon and stop judging me.

Ask for the $1000 and with it, put $500 in savings and use the rest for your own personal gain. You get really get stuff you either need or really want with just $500.

I'm sure if you act a goody-good the days leading up to your birthday, you parents will of course say "Yes" or consider it.

P.S Happy early birthday!

For me, I haven't even asked for a present over £100 in the past 2 or 3 years, I am allowed to get a new PSP (My one is broken, so I'm going to get the PSP GO).

When did you ask for a Birthday present over a 100?

Okay that sorts out how you got it but why did you lend it to your parents? Surely they have jobs, and if your asking for it back it must have been a while since you lent it to them.

Currently my dad owes me £600, my mum owes me £150, my brother Dan owes me £300 and my other brother Carl owes me £250 odd.

They all get paid more money in their jobs than I do, but they just happen to have more outstanding debts at the same time. My parents are late paying bills, my brother Dan spends too much money down the pub and paying off his credit card and my brother Carl still owes his old bank a lot of money, plus he has a little gambling issue.

So yeah, it's not always so black and white. I'm sure it's the same with this guy.

You should ask for money and cake.
Because cake is awesome, and if you got money, you could buy what ever you wanted, without worrying that your parents got you a gift that you didn't like.

My birthday is on the 24th of december.
