"YOUR" is possessive.
"YOU'RE" is a concatenation of the words "YOU" and "ARE".
If you dismiss both of those words and go for the full words, "YOU ARE WELCOME" makes perfect sense, as does "YOU'RE WELCOME". Your (belonging to YOU) suggestion, on the other hands, doesn't.
It's the same difference with "IT'S" and "ITS" etc - the first is a concatenation, the second is possessive.
Now stop trying to derail the thread by pointing out grammatical errors that do not exist. Thank you. Or should that be "Thank your"?
