KFC employee training

Ok i need some help NG, i have already tried googling it and nothing came up

ok so pretty much i just need to know if any of you work or have worked at a KFC store and i need to know what training you had to do to get the job

Reason: I have to answer a bunch of questions about a fast food franchise

Any help would be appreciated

A slight bit of logic would tell you that you don't need any type of training to be a fry cook at KFC. Maybe you should go back a grade; either in English or in everything altogether. Ugh.

just because the job is simple it would still be required by law that employees need to pass certain training

Req? For working in a KFC? my friend use to work in it.... ( The system can be different cuz I live in Thailand )

heres the req to get the job in thailand

- Be polite (gota know how to do the " wai " ) not nessecary in the US
- you don't look ugly
- You know how to work with machines

Well, you have to do a basic first aid training so the puerto rican at the grill can get help from his face from frying to death; a hygiene training, whatever position you are ex; cashier, clerk, manager, janitor.

I would have thought that the training consisted of being able to move and avoid dipping your hand in the deep fryer.

Basically they make you watch a video answer like 20 questions then you get the job. Once you are a traineee you have to do some modules on how to prepare food, use certain machines etc they give you the answer book along with the question sheet. then you get off trainee after you do this another 5 times.
