It looks like an error I've gotten a few times, mostly on user pages.
It doesn't stop the flash from working, so there's not much of a need to deal with it there.
If it bothers you, just refresh or reload the page.

I've had this happen to me several times recently. It's rather annoying, especially when you are trying to deposit your experience for the day. The only cure for this problem seems to be time. So far I've not found any other way of getting around this issue.

around 3-4am, there is sometimes a usual automatic update of the site by the servers. This is a low traffic time, which explains why this happened to you this morning.
