don't try to hard, you'll think of something. Maybe it could be where Lazymuffin starts a dance party in the army? idk

Yeh, but way too slowly. At this rate, we'll be done little over 5 years after Lazymuffin gets back from his service.
Maybe we should do a "show how you've made progress or you're out" sort of deal, to encourage people to actually make their parts and not procrastinate.

well, I won't hesitate to take the few parts we have and submitting it there and then.

The main problem is with collabs, is that a lot of people drop out.

all you did was add glow on the sun,

but that is not your fault you have not been taught some cool shading techniques

that's why I've decided to show you here and now. There'll be three installments

here is the first one

the green blob is actually a hill, I used the pencil tool to make a bump and all those jaged lines you see. Then I color each space a darker shade of green from the last, and when I delete the pencil lines with the selection tool, I get that final product, it is good when you want to make some backgrounds...

the clouds, just make a white blob, and draw a pencil line on the edge, and color that edge at the end a light shade of grey, and then I take away the pencil line and I have my shaded cloud.

next are the gun flashes, the numbers represent each frame for the gun flash or whatever, the bottom one is for the pistol, and the top is for the machine gun.

the guns for the robot I drew with a bunch of boxes and took out the lines with the selection tool.
you can add a cool outline to it by using the ink bottle tool, then go down to properties and change the line thickness to 2,3 or 4 and click on the edge of the gun.

the muffin near the bottom right was drawn without a border, it makes it look more organized, if you don't want to do that, use a darker shade of purple. Also, be really careful when you draw this, don't rush it.

quick and final tip (very important): click on the brush tool and go down to properties, and set the smoothing to 20 or 30. If you don't see the smoothing properties up, click on the workspace and it should show up in properties.

Installment number 2

the thing closest to the top, is a metal tile, I just drew some tiles with the pencil tool, drew in little bolts, and used several different shades of grey, then I took out the lines with the selection tool.

the thing in the middle is a frame by frame of fire, for the robot's jets. Just try to make it grow, and shrink, and when it shrinks make little particles fly off and disappear.

the thing at the bottom is a robot, I just used a bunch of rectangles, and took out the lines, notice the lighter shade of red at the top of the robot's eyes, this adds an effect of depth (somewhat).

here is the final installment. MAKE SURE YOU'VE READ THE FIRST TWO INSTALLMENTS

it is just on how to make an explosion

first there is a flash, then there is a flare (the orange fire), Then the flare shrinks and you make little particles fly off and disappear and it should shrink (and particles should fly) until there is nothing left.

try to make it something like the diagram.

just make some simple adjustments to the background and replace the fire, and explosions with what I've shown you, and draw everything carefully with a lower smoothing setting.

I mean, you only spent about 30 minutes on the changes, and it is barely noticeable.

It was good, but what exactly is it? Is there some meaning, or is it just animation featuring Yotam?
