I have a brownish skin color, which makes people assume that I'm Mexican, even though the majority of my blood is Spanish.

However, due to the fact that I have smaller than average eye size, people assume that I'm Filipino. I swear to God I've been invited to a Jolibees over a million times by people I don't know.

I fucking hate Los Angeles.

I'm mexican... im not as dark skinned and my family never taught me spanish... so other mexicans sometimes think im white, while white people think im mexican...

its damn hard being hispanic, having to be both american enough for one culture while being mexican enough for another culture

almost monthly. I'm italian haitian, so that means i could be indian, any middle eastern, any latino, or just a really light skinned black girl. It's fun sometimes but other times it bugs me when someone trys to talk to me in a different language. I'm in a ENGLISH speaking country, speak to me in ENGLISH.

Almost never. On time my dentist asked if I had slavic ancestry because my teeth go very deep into my head. Basically I'm pretty white, there's probably some native in there but I'm not interested enough to find out for sure.

Kind of reminds me about a comediand (can't remember who), who made a joke about how if you call a Korean guy Chinese, or a Puerto Rican guy a Mexican they get really mad, but when you say a Dutch guy is French he doesn't care. Talking about ancestry, not citizenship. Funny stuff.

for me it's because my name "alex" is spelt in a traditional way, aleksandr people see the spelling and ask "are you slavic" and I reply that I'm russian. Th en they just call me alex

Not really i'm just an ordinary 17 yr old white english person, but i have been asked whether i was jewish once, becuase of my tightly curled black hair.

Only because most people think I'm English, and I have very narrow eyes.

I'm American and I have a bad squint.

I'm the whitest white boy that ever lived. No one has ever asked me what race I am.

Lets look at my family tree Scottish/Irish/British/Welsh/German/Dutc h. Yeah pretty much impossible to mistake me for anything other than Anglo-Saxon.

If anyone asks me if I'm white though I should probably say no for the lulz.

If you didn't have the black in your traits, you'd be called a caucasian; as there's only 4 types of "species of people" Caucoloids, Negroids, Mongoloid, and mixed race. You're a Molatto and Cajun. Congrats; a good healthy skin color and immune to a fuckton of diseases.

Seen as My dad has an italian look, my sister a spanish look, my brother an american look and my other brother a asian look (middle eastern not oriental) .

Well I am English but I live in Canada now so I get asked about it fairly frequently. My accent isn't the stereotypical English accent so people are often unsure of where I am from. Someone once guessed Scandinavia.

Sorry, it's the stereotype. You can call me a terrorist if you like, I get called an Iranian a lot -- though I don't really have the eyes, but yeah you can call me a terrorist if it makes you feel any better.

i'm actually half mexican and half white, and when people look at me they think i'm just a tanned white kid. ( i know no spanish)
