i personaly play ROck Band with a guitar hero controler, i hate rock band guitars

If you had asked me 2 years ago, I would've said guitar hero, but now their whoring themselves out to re-skinning their worst game, "GH:WT" at least twice a month to make a souffle of fail.

This. Also Rock Band 2 has a large amount of songs. I must say though Guitar hero 1-4 weren't bad.

Both of them have their advantages and flaws. Guitar Hero World Tour fucking sucks though, minus that.

Rock Band does everything better than Guitar Hero with the exception of the instruments, which is only because Harmonix is no longer working with Red Octane.

They have basically raped the music games.

Lets make a game called Guitar hero. Lets make a band game called rock band. Lets add drums and vocals to a game called guitar hero. 10 games later. Lets make a DJ hero and Band hero (It's unique?)!

It's ridiculous anymore.

It's Guitar Hero 5 repackaged, if I can read correctly. It also supports The Beatles: Rock Band multi-mic input, which is the only difference.

Now, DJ Hero might have something, but I'm not going to check it out. The only reason I'd buy it is if it would let me fiddle with tracks on my console. Other than that, it seems way to simple.

Personally I say rock band, but both games can get a bit........ annoying. But thats just me.

Guitar Hero. The songs in Rockband sucked except for Brainpower, and Timmy and the Lords of the Underworld.

Guitar Hero's way of exporting songs to other games fail.

Rock Band still has the best setlist of music to play along with The Beatles.

Also back then GH guitars was good and now Rock Band's is better. The GH hero drums feel cheeply made.

Rock Band with a GH controller. I get annoyed when I don't hear the annoying clicking sound from the controller of GH3. Rock Band has better songs too. (INCLUDING PARAMORE!)

There's almost no difference between the two, except for the visual style, for that I prefer Rock Band.

However grant me the choice between Rock Band: The Beatles and GH5 I'll happily pick GH5.

Twice as many songs, import from other games, more than 1 artist....

Rock Band is a much funner party game. Guitar Hero seems to take itself too seriously for a video game with a plastic guitar for a controller.
