The liquid used isn't pink it's greenish. I had to do this. He was looking at me when he died. I still tear up when I think about it. It was difficult. But he was almost 17 and in poor health. Collapsed on the lawn.

What works for me best is to get a new puppy after a week and name him/her in honour of your previous dog to carry on his/her spirit :)

My dog Tina was put down in 2006 and I still miss her, she was half german shepard and pitbull yet she was so gentle and sweet you won't think she was that breed,

Time will heal all wounds and just rember the good times you had with your dog, at least you got the chance to say goodbye to him/her.
