the problem is the your "equation", doubt is not the right word, it should be uncertainty. you cant have faith and doubt at the same time. you either believe or you dont. to have faith in an uncertain outcome, this is to believe in god.

People passing up theories as facts is annoying as shit, even more so when they attribute themselves to a scientific affinity. Get this right, it's not religious people who call theories theories, it's scientists who call theories theories. Sensationalism research which goes right to the media before passing even a single peer review is NOT true to the scientific method, no matter how much you want it to.
