???This user has been banned???

righty then, i found an account who's art read "This user has been banned." instead of them being scouted or un-scouted.... so how dose that happen, what dark despicable act do you have to commit to be banned?

A user will be banned from submitting to the art portal if they repeatedly break the rules. You really have to try to hard to get banned, but submitting real porn, or continuously stealing art will get it pretty quick.
