Agreed. I understand why you would want help, but you wouldn't be in this situation if you weren't being emo in the first place.

The best thing you can do to it is to either go to the doctors and get burn treatment there but if that's not possible. The best thing you can do is to first apply Silvazine or other related burn ointment, apply a gauze to it and bandage it.
Wear socks to not arouse suspicion if you want to. Putting ice will deal with the pain but when the dead skin finally breaks off. It's best you make sure that wound is disinfected.

Get help, you need to stop the bleeding. I would recommend cutting off the sock to avoid damaging more skin by removing it the normal way. You need to disinfect it, gauze it and bandage it. But i would not do it alone.

Oooh! I had the same exact thing! I know how you feel. It is just a blister full of water, and maybe a little pus,(which is also water). I had a metal hanger in some hot coals and was stirring them around when i turned the hanger around and touched the end that was in the coals and got a burn. it was pink at first but then it swelled up and looked exactly like your heel, (just in a different shape), and it is best just to leave it alone. trust me!
Do not pop it! It will only make it hurt worse, and not to mention that you will want to mess with it constantly.
Just let it do it's own thing.

Stick a plaster over it and hope that it doesn't burst.

Pop it with a clean needle, clean out (the water inside will be a little sticky) with some alcohol, put a band aid and you will be fine

I held a lighter to my heel for about 6 seconds one time in the dorms. Good times. I never got a burn, though...my foot's too calloused for that. :P
