Yep, there's a chimney in my house. The fireplace is in the living room. We used to use it occasionally in the winter when I was younger but it's fallen into disrepair. Last time we opened the flue a brick fell out.
We also have this old metal plate on the wall in the kitchen where an old stove undoubtedly used to be.

I do have a chimney and I love it. Now that it's getting colder here, we'll finally have a reason to use it again. It's so relaxing to sit in your living room with a fire in your fireplace.

I've got a fire going right now. The handle on our flue broke, so we have to use pliers to get it open.
