Does anyone else think that he dresses like Waldo (from "Where's Waldo"?). Sure, the head is completely off, but the blue pants and red and white striped shirt fit Waldo's description perfectly! I don't think I even have Photoshop, so I'll allow someone else to do a Waldo joke with him.
