NG, I want the full story!

The one known as Johnny_Utah, or whoever made the halloweenbanner, better tell us all a spooky scary story that features the fine halloweenbannerevent going on.

Every time i go online on NG with that banner up, my balls are being tickled and I can't help to wonder:

- Who is that big fellow who have funny hands, feet and face?
- Why is the tankman shooting at the big fellow with the funny hands, feet and face?
- How come there is one tankmen climbing up that tree pulling a face like he got something intruding his rear bodyhole?
- Why are there cookiecrumbs underneath the shooting tankman and the big fellow who have funny hands, feet and face?
- Why are they in a graveyard in the first place?
- Is this all just a trick, like the balloon-boy stunt, to grab our attention?

All these question requires a full reply in a tankmenflash. if there is no new tankmenflash on halloween, i will be disapoint - ecause my balls will have been tickled for no good reason. :(

the captain and Steve are running away from the werewolf, as indicated by the full moon in the background. They're on a graveyard, because it's a Halloween theme and graveyard's are usually thought of as "scary"
those aren't cookie crumbs but bits of debris that is falling from their feet. Steve is being a coward and trying to hide by climbing up the tree.
