Not that anybody particularly cares, but this came to my attention when watching the CNN interview with Balloon Boys family, and I had to search youtube to see if I was correct.
I mean it was clogging up the news all day and then he says in the interview from what I could hear...
"You said we could do this for a show."

I find it funny, but annoying. The parents were dumb to automatically assume he was on the balloon. For the love of god, don't go off having your spasm before you know the facts.

Oh I thought it was funny. I laughed when I heared where he was because I called it the second I heared of the balloon landing and he was missing. I still think the kids a little d-bag though.

Ya thats what happened. He got scared and made something up. Falcon then didn't want to come out because it turned into such a big thing and he didn't want to get in trouble.

Amen to that, but I was only adding that the parents reaction wasn't completely stupid.
Since the kid is still alive and well, then that's all that matters to me.
