Flash cs4 torrent?

I have no real experience in flash at all, except for maybe an hour or two.
I am going to be using in in my web 2 class in the next few weeks and i want to do some animations at home.
So heres the main point finally...
Does anyone know any websites that i can check torrents on before donwload?
or
Does anyone know a safe Flash CS4 torrnet i can download?
preferrably the website and the torrent, becasue i don't want to take someones word and get my computer f***d up

You can legally download a free trial of Flash from the adobe site if you only need the program for a very short time.
