First of all, the commericals did not convice me to get a mac. It was many YouTube videos.
Second, why are you bringing the past into this? I mean the past Windows computers didn't look so great either. But I do completely agree. Those '96 (I believe?) iMac's did suck. The looks and the way they ran sucked. Would you like to know why? It's because Microsoft was running Apple at that time.
