No way i live in Danbury, CT too the snow if like sticking on my roof now and the cars across the street are covered in snow. Looks like it's going to be a long winter...

I'm also in the tri-state area (I live in NYC, go to college in the Hudson Valley) and so far I've only experienced rain today. No snow.

But I sort of know what you mean when you said that it's almost like the fall has been skipped. Recently, I've been thinking about that a lot too. Temperatures around here just slightly north of NYC have gone as low as 29 degrees, but I like that and therefore have no complaints.

meh we only had a few flakes up in MA.

My school is weird and they had air conditioners on while it was snowing. I had to wear two jackets to stop from freezing.

We got rain over here in Jersey.

It snowed here a couple of days ago and it's started to melt today. It looked awesome when it was fresh but now that it's melted and slushy it looks boring.

Snow sounds nice right about now, it's way too hot to be fall.

Can't help but laugh when I read this. You obviously don't know what your talking about because its not suppose to be SNOWING in the beginning of FALL. For the past while its been colder than what its suppsoe to be and we've had record colds this year. If your weren't retarded you would know that global warming, key word being WARMING, means its suppose to be getting HOTTER. Did I make it simple enough for you?

Global Warming is just the catch phrase for Climate Shifting, I have read, it generally means more exteme weather, colder cold seasons and hotter hot seasons, general weather shifting - more rain here, less rain there; where I lived, we had about 2 straight months of over 100 degree temperatures, and a 2 degree overall rise in average daily temperature. The ecosystem is a delicate thing, there were projections of certain bacteria that small organisms at the lowest level of the food chain dying out at certain shifts in temperature. Even if it is just a scare, why would you tempt fate in such a way? I mean, theres not much one person can do, but you could at least get off your fat ass and try to care.

I mean yeah I guess 6 inches of snow is pretty hardcore, I'm surprised you still have internet access while you're snowed-in in your fuckin' storm bunker or whatever, now you truly know what it's like to survive horrifying, traumatic weather events; hell you could probably fit right in at websites for people like survivors of Hurricane Katrina, or people who lost all their shit in the flooding in Atlanta a while back. Kudos.
