A lot of people have to wait a week or more. It depends how busy they are. Just be patient and watch your inbox, you'll know when it has been accepted.

3 days really isn't that long. Give the audio mods a break -- they help out the site on a volunteer basis, and without them it would take far, far, FAR longer to get your audio into the audio portal.
Be patient. If your work is legitimate (i.e., doesn't break the submission guidelines), then you'll be fine.
