Why be tried as adults? Some people have anger problems and need help instead of jail time. Not to mention there raging hormones that would make them act out. So trying them as a adult would be pointless

Also I do think that is pretty messed up. But the kid set him on fire near a pool so he could of just jumped in. Maybe it was to show him he was not messing around but not to injure him verb badly. Also if he would of beat him until he needed medical attention it would be just as bad. I don't like thieves myself, and even though I wouldn't of set him on fire I probaly would of made him eat some of his teeth.

Well it seems I misread the article. I guess the person who set him on fire should not be charged as a adult but be set to a detention center. It's very stupid to be that violent over 40$ he should of just told the kids father.

The kids who did this all need to be doused with rubbing alcohol and burned brutally and publicly, and hopefully they die as a result. It really sucks that the law doesn't allow for that. Locking them up simply isn't enough in this particular case. Even worse, since the assailants are minors, I'm afraid that the judge in this case might mitigate their punishments, but that's fucking bullshit. Nobody of any age should be doing this kind of stuff.

did I read that right. The neighbor put him out with a fire extinguisher first? If the kid was sitting by a pool why didn't he just jump n at the start? I guess there could be a reason, but it isn't given so....

Five teens tried to steal a mans bike. That mans fifteen year old son stopped them, so the next day, they set the mans son on fire.

That's really sad. An innocent kid, trying to help out his dad and do a good deed, is rewarded with flames and fire. Those fuckers who burnt him should be lit on fire themselves to feel his pain, and burn eternally.

For sure. Age isn't a factor here. They knew what they were doing and they planned it ahead of time. These kids should never see the outside of a prison ever again.
