Looks like there's a new weapon called "Bile Bomb." It's supposingly samples of Boomer bile that you can use against infected.
And by the sounds of the achievement "Sob Story", there's will be a part in Hard Rain filled with witches. Not to mention that Gnome from HL2: Ep2 is back.
