The game is supposed to be family friendly, so of course there going to a lot of songs aimed at younger audiences. If you compare this setlist to the one in Band Hero, you'll notice that this game is significantly better.

As for the KoRn song, it IS a kids song, most probably the only one, but I have seen kids listening to this. The thing that is awesome with this is the Jimi Hendrix song, remember.. it's already been announced that the ENTIRE setlist will be exportable immediately into RB2/RB3 for 800MSP - looks like Hendrix songs aren't limited at all.
