i need help

ok
so i recently learned to use flash properly,but I'm having a bit of trouble.
I am registered to another forum and I'm planning to host a collab there,but before i can do that i need help on how to put a signature on someones animation.
please help because i did not see a tut for this.

Dude, if you need help putting some overlaying text in flash, then you shouldn't be hosting a collab. You should probably get a TINY bit acclimated to your work environment before you take on responsibilities like that.

1) there are rules on making collabs

such as you need a b.a of 3+ and at least one solo project with over 3.5

2) i have no idea what you mean by a signature? do u mean credits?

what I mean is how to ad the name of the creator during his animation

but how do I put the text on all of the frames?
do i just select them and do it somehow or what?

Do you even HAVE flash ?
Im assuming not if this is the case youll have to make gifs out of all the pivots and put them into something like movie maker and add the text there

Sorry i just re read the OP so My point about gif exporting still stands but just make a layer for the text and add key frames F7 wherever a new anim starts and enter the text then do the same at the start of the next one

To Original poster: Put a layer above all current ones, type it there and don't put any keyframes on that layer until you change it. Pretty basic stuff, like someone else said, you should get used to flash before hosting a collab.

That sums it up. You just need to make sure that the frames continue all the way across the animation and aren't only in the first frame.

I'd highly suggest you check out a book like the Lynda series because it will help you a lot if you're new to Flash, or if you just need some refreshers.
