how do you walk up stairs?

Tell me something NG how do you go up the stairs? Because I go on my hands and feet, and that's because i fell down the stairs a few times, so i want to take extra precaution. AM i the only one that does this, or do you guys do different methods too?

I usually run up the stairs in my house and go into a crouched over position because I'm used to going up stairs on my hands and feet when I was little.

I avoid stairs as much as possible, i might collapse out of exhaustion halfway up. If i have no choice but to go up one i make my guardian carry me.

I used to do that, because the house I lived in until I was about 8 had a staircase that was literally at like a 70 or 80 degree angle. Walking up it normally just seemed... Dangerous.

But now I just walk up stairs normally and 2 at a time.

I either walk normally, or scramble up like a lizard when in a hurry. I go on hands and knees when carrying my sister up.

That only works for huge stairs, you might break it if there is a wall about 6 feet tall. I jump up 3 steps at a time.

I ALWAYS sprint up stairs, and it's really annoying. I just can't stop myself. And I did the hands thing, but it began to garner some funny looks at secondary school.

Oddly enough, I always walk up the stairs on the ball of my foot, I rarely ever put my whole foot down.

Usually I go up stairs two at a time, feet only. But sometimes when I'm at home (and ONLY when I'm at home) I get lazy and use my hands too. I've been doing that for as long as I can remember.
