I've been going to weight training at my school for about a month now and I'm not noticing any changes or results, any methods I can do to see some change?

It's as much about diet as about actually working out. Eat more protein, less fat and carbs, do more cardio, and increase your resistance when training. Also change some exercises every once in a while, say do incline bench instead of regular bench for a week or two.

Well, you actually wouldn't want to eat less carbs. Carbs are your primary source of energy and you'll need them for working out. So really you'd want to eat more than what a person typically eats because you'll burning through those energy-packed carbs like crazy. Hence the phrase "carbo-loading."

You only eat less carbs if you sit on your duff all day doing nothing. Then they just end up being stored as fat instead of being used as energy.

If you are of small frame I suggest just training a lot more than those of medium and large frames. I don't really know much of anything for small to medium framed people so do some research online and make your own workout routine.

Take roids. 3 pills a day and 2 injections in the thigh.
You'll see results in no time.
