It was about a little girl who got her mail switched with a mad scientist and she set all the animals free from the scientists tower.

This is best asked in the Where Is/How To forum, but even then itd be a hard sell to get someone to know one exact flash from that descript.

Fine,
A lonely girl is suppose to get a doll from her parents but it gets switched with her neighbor, the mad scientist, and she gets a dinosaur type lizard thing. The mad scientist comes to her house and takes it and leaves the doll. Then the girl goes to the scientist tower and she gets the lizard back and then sets all the other animals he has free.
