I'm tempted to try it. I don't have an addictive personality or anything and I've seen junkies go through withdrawal enough to know it's downsides. But from what I've heard it's just fucking incredible. And it's unlikely to get addicted on the first try, at which point I would definitely stop. A really good friend of a really good friend knows how to get some incredibly pure heroin. I would only try a little bit and just stop. It feels like one of those things that you just must do before you die. Contrary to popular belief, you don't get addicted after one usage. And I would probably have a friend there to make sure I stay to one dosage.

So NG, should I, at some point down the line, try heroin? Please don't give me the drugs are bad speech because I've done more illegal drugs at this point that can be counted on one hand. Granted I'd think heroin would be the hardest drug I've done but still.

try methadone instead, it's what heroin addicts use to help get over their heroin addiction. The effects are similar and can still be addictive if you abuse.

I've done shrooms. I think I'll be trying DMT soon. I heard that the withdrawal is horrendous but I'm not sure...

I did a lot of vicodin way back when. It is addicting but I managed to quit cold turkey as soon as I ran out. I'd think I'm a cold turkey kind of guy. I'm very conflicted at this point.

GiantDouche, I know we have never seen eye to eye at all in the past, but please do not try Heroine. I know people who sell it and a lot of people who are junkies, and it has completely fucked up their lives. You may now think you can't get addicted on the first hit, you will spend something like $50 on your first hit, but the next day, I guarantee you will spend a lot more on your second hit. It interferes with your life, consumes your mind, it can turn you into a little thief.

Just don't try it, it's a risk no sensible minded person should ever even consider.

I'm a complete tool. You got me. 90% of the people I know won't try anything more than weed. That was just to clarify how doing heroin would impact me and my tolerance for it. I don't think that doing drugs is at all cool and anyone who does drugs to be cool is fucking retarded.

Im in the same boat as you, GiantDouche. I'd love to try Heroin, Xtc, , and DMT. I do weed, shrooms and occasionally salivia. Now, about whether or not you should try Smack.

If you had the chance, I would. Just make sure you know how much you're sticking in you and use a clean needle. I don't see the point of not trying everything in life. A word of caution though : if you do get addicted and decide to use methadone, a little movie called Trainspotting says "The methadone isn't enough. It's never enough".

Just because it isn't physically addicting the first time doesn't mean you won't want more after.

I had the same philosophy when I first wanted to try ecstasy. I was like, "well, I'll try it at this rave, and then I'll stop." Thankfully ecstasy isn't as detrimental or ever physically addicting, because now I do it several times a year.

But I have an extremely addictive personality. If you don't, go for it.

I mean I dont care if you do it or not, but when someone posts "at this point I've taken more illegal drugs than I can count on one hand", Im going to make fun of them, especially when you're posting on Newgrounds. Why dont you talk to your friends about it, they know you, they know how you act, they would have a more useful opinion than people on the internet.

P.S: The definition of "tool" is someone who does something to gain recognition from others, i,e doing drugs "to be cool" so that they can brag about it or something. My philosophy is that you can do as many drugs as you want, as long as you dont consider yourself a better person for it, or subject others to the stories of countless trips youve had or something.

If you've done drugs in the past you are at less physical risk when doing drugs in the future. It doesn't just apply to the same drug.

I have. I like to get more than one opinion before I make a conclusion and I think that the emotional factor that I have with close friends poses a bias.

Well I'm already having doubts so clearly not. And I don't think I'm better than anyone. I just stated my personal experience with opiates.

I don't do drugs to be cool. I've lost many friends because they didn't approve of me doing drugs. I do drugs because I think the human mind is an incredible thing and the concept of a substance distorting the way you think and feel is just fucking tops. I like the way drugs feel. It has absolutely nothing to do with being cool.

In short, just do it, because youre going to anyway.
