How Can you convert a bmp. to a gif or a jpeg. to make a sig pic. and no i don't have photoshop

easy all you have to do is save it with the file extention at the end

when you click save as name the picture like bob.gif when you save it and it will be a gif image

photoshop, irfanview or imagoweb. (paint shop pro and coreldraw probably save in multiple exts too but i've never used them so :/)

you must not save him and change .bmp to .gif because then he become ugly but you must copy the picture and open a new window and draw a line or something and convert that to a gif and then erase it and do the picture that you have copied back and save it and then it is not becoming ugly because it is already a gif and you don't have to convert it.

Open it in paint.
Save as it.
Click the drop down key and save it as gif.
