As in, "That shit is DA BOMB!" meaning that the "shit" was truly excellent.
Other variations are "...off the Hook", "...off the Hizz-ook" and "...is the Tits".
Personally, I'm going to say stuff is "the bomb" until the day I die - but I'm starting to get weird looks from my friends when I do.
