This is a club for Newgrounders who want, are interested in, or (soon enough) have The game. if you dont know what Borderlands is, check the site, or the Trailer, and if thats not enough, heres some Gameplay.

So, post here, what you like/Dislike about the game, what console your getting it for, Gamertag, PSN,Steam ID, and whatever else, and just over all discuss the game.

I, am getting the PS3 version (because all my friends are) so you can friend me, my PSN is "BerZerKer123" and ill be ready to fuck shit up as lilith (the girl character, and the group mage)

It's out for the PC on the 26th. Which is lame, especially since it's already ready to be played for it. Whereas, they are still making discs, and whatnot for the consoles.

Anything with a post-apocalyptic setting interests me, so I really like the look of this.

To be honest though, I don't quite get the concept of the game. I mean, is it like World of Warcraft or something? I hear its got a campaign also.

It looks like good fun anyway.

I'm still trying to figuire out whether to get it for my PC (Better graphics, multi-tasking porn, a keyboard, 40 dollars prepurchase on Steam), or to get it for my 360 (Coop with friends in the same room... uh... that's pretty much it).

If I get it for PC... WILL YOU GUYS PLAY WIT ME?!

The game actually looks pretty cool. It makes me think of a cross over between left 4 dead, and time splitters. The animation style looks really cool, like a comic book sorta. I think that the amount of guns you can get are pretty cool and will make the game really fun. I'm sure that I'll get it for the PC when I can, so long as you guys play with me :3

The game has a dueling mode, where if you punch a team mate, and they punch you back, you enter an arena, right in the battlefield, and duke it out. so, if a team mate is pissing you off, or if you want to prove/see if your better, go at it!

That's fucking awesome since I always wont to kick my team mates ass if he ever shoots at me or something. Of course it would suck if you just keep on doing that, and just leave the opponents alone.

I'm really sure the club will be a little more active once you know the game is released. More people will start to think about getting it too. Once I get into online play I will start to post here more. And thanks for the bump I almost forgot about this club.

Does anyone know if this is console/pc locked online? It would be nice to see seperate/mixed servers, that way we could just buy what suits us the most and play together.

I can't wait for borderlands, but I'm kinda annoyed of it. You see, I browse /v/, and borderlands threads are spammed there to hell. And, whenever a thread is made, everyone just talks about how it's viral marketing, and ignores the game itself. So yeah, i can't wait to actually talk about it here.

Shadowrun and Phantasy star universe are 2 that i can think of off the top of my head, PC/ps2 played together on psu, and shadowrun i think was a pc/360 thing.

Usually console/pc blending isn't good, but it can be if you simply wanted to select wether if you wanted to play with them or not pc/36/ps3 etc.
