Right. Heres my question.

I need to get some cheap/free animation software so I can begin animating again. However I can't seem to find any. I don't even need it to be able to draw. Just to run images at 24fps. (As I already have software which lets me do decent drawings). I know I'd be a good animator because I've made short animations (10 seconds long). Any more than this though and my current software doesn't let me export it out of the programme.

Please Help :D

I think I'll try LiveSwif for a bit. and if it doesn't work then I'll go looking again. Student version possibly.

But.. do you guys know how to get rid of the white background that you get when you paste something into LiveSwif?

Ty again ;)

Ive never used liveswif but if theres a lasso tool, it might have a magic tool in it like Photoshop or flash that can select a certain colour (EG white) with a give or take of a couple of colours so you can get rid of the background.

If it doesint have that, and your image creation software has something like that, then you could save it as a .gif which takes transparent colours.

Flash 8 is no longer available to buy from Adobe. The newest version is CS4, which costs about $700 or $250 if you're a student.
