Fighting Game Programmer needed

Ok so i want to make a game. but i need a programmer.
I think im a good artist but i have no clue how to make a game.
What the game is is there is this character named Hex And he is a super being with psycic powers.
He must battle his way to the end of each level.
There is this man named Scorpio That Is trying to kill him be fore he reaches his layer But why?
The things he sends after Hex is these mutant alien creatures.

I meant what programming language. And if you are wanting an Actionscript programmer (if you are making the game in Flash) then go to the flash forum and ask.

I've worked for 50/50 splits before (on sponsorships usually rather than just 'ad money' though haha), and know other AS programmers that have as well. So...
