And every time I cough, I feel this sharp pain in my forehead. Almost like someone punched my forehead really hard, but not hard enough to give me a concussion.
Does anyone have a way to sooth the pain?

pain killers. Take some Tylenol, Motrin, or vanquish. If you're hardcore enough though, just for the good ol fashioned morphine injection.

Can't get up because it's practicly a tundra outside of my room. It's also 1:05 AM.

When I sneeze, my left forearm aches because my sneeze forces it into a weird angle.

It sounds like a sinus cold/headache.
I suggest you take any sort of medication that is meant to clear up your sinuses, like cold medication.

Take some Aspirin or Tylenol, give yourself a warm salty Enema. Also drink lots of water. Oh and don't forget to stick your finger up there to check for any colon problems.
