13 Floors?

I've heard of this place countless times and they say it's intense. For those of you who aren't familiar with it, it's basically a abandoned warehouse with 13 floors and its location changes every year. They believe it's so scary that they refund your $25 entry fee if you make it past floor 13.

Oh, and you have to sign a waiver if you want to go to the attraction.

I really don't know if this is real because none of my friends have gone to it before. It's located somewhere in Philly and the radio station: Q102 is supposed to give info on it's whereabouts.

So if any of you have some info on this, or have gone to it I'd love to hear about it.

I've heard about that place too but I figured there must be some kind of catch or else they wouldn't be making much money. I mean if I pay that much money to go to a haunted house I'm definitely going to get my money's worth and go through the entire thing and there are a lot of other people who would do the same. Also, getting your money back after going through the entire thing would be even more motivation to go to the "13 floor".

Maybe there's only 12 floors lol

By the time you get to the higher floors they start grabbing on to you and throwing live snakes and spiders at you. It's probably the reason you signed the waiver.

I guess they do anything that is legally possible to scare you downstairs.

It's possible it might be just a myth. I've never met anyone who has been to it even though many of my friends go to tons of different haunted houses every year. Although, when I went to the Eastern State Penitentiary in Philly one year I do remember seeing signs advertising the 13 floors place but I don't remember seeing a location posted.

The one in Philly might be a myth, I guess.
This one is pretty accurate to the description,
but it doesn't seem that bad to me.

On the site it isn't every person who makes it
to the top that gets refunded, it's every 113th person.
I think that says a lot about how scary it really is...

I haven't heard of any 13 story warehouse in Philly....
There are a couple places in Philly I've been to on Halloween.

Eastern State Penetrability: Terror behind walls - Was pretty eerie more than anything. You'd look down corridors that were blocked off and see shit walking around.

Bates Motel - Really good. The hay ride was the best. It might not sound scary, more childish, but it really wasn't. They took you through the woods and random people would jump out of the dark with chainsaws and shit and scare the shit outta you.

Those are the two I'd say you go to if you're looking for a good scare.

I've been to one in GA called "13 stories" and it was badass. But it used to say no one under 12 was reccomended and that there was live animals. Now it says not reccomended for children under 7 and no animals. I believe it's gonna be really lame this year. I'm going to it this weekend, so I'll let you know.

The 13th floor in Philly is a myth. I live in South Jersey (Gloucester County Area). I heard myths about that place since I was a kid. It's fake, it's not real. Sorry to be a fun killer, but it's just a little myth that all the kids put on here. I heard people talking about it since I was five or so, and still hear them today. How "It's so scary you pass out", "They actually try to knock you out", "They're allowed to beat you up", ect. Sorry to kill the fun, but the place doesn't exist.
