nah, the first 5 minutes of Dead Space were scary... after that it's just some shcok moments

i have never been scared of games, but it happens i have been scared for a moment.
i was playing Rayman 3 (lol) and i was on a stage with lot's of guards around who scream pretty intense some times. i was looking around, searching for a chance to go futher. i was in 1st person view. i turned the camera 180 degree's... waited... turned it back 180 degree's...
Then that monster thing stood right infront of me and screamed right into my face. his face was all over the screen and screamed. it scared the hell out of me =S the next moment i was laoughing so hard i couldn't stop XD

Dead Space had times where I would literary jump of my seat. The whole marker thing was pretty fucking disturbing.

Go figures as this game is based on Event Horizon, which is pure nightmare fuel.

I'm only going to say that playing Doom 3 for the very first time, at 3 am, in my house by myself, with headphones on, set to the highest graphic settings, and all the lights in the house off made me more than a little jumpy. My trigger finger had never, ever been as twitchy as it was that night.

So theres this gaming cafe a short walk from my house. One sunday afternoon, I was one of two customers in the store. I was playing half-life 2. We don't go to ravenholm. The scene where you get into the elevator and think you're safe from the zombies. Yeah, that part. I took a sigh of relief, when I realized there was a glass ceiling. When the weird skeletal zombies fell through the roof I jumped and hit the desk. The guy who was running the cash reg came down and was all "WTF was that?".

That level scared the shit out of me.

Yeah, Doom 3 is pretty scary late at night, especially in the first third of the game or so. That game definitely had me (metaphorically) sweating bullets for the first few hours.

Also, in Resident Evil, I KNOW those dogs are gonna jump out of that window, but it startles me every fucking time.

Stuff like that doesn't effect me, I can look at the darkest things ever and not be scared, doesn't really matter I guess, just fucken' hardcore guess I just am that way, guess its no big deal (YES IT IS A FUCKEN' BIG DEAL SO KISS MY ASS,) no biggie, just how I was born and stuff.

Games that made me run out of the room: Forty Winks (Anyone even got that game for the PS1?) Banjo Kazooie ( :( ) and Croc 2. Fuck, that poor little thing in the start, made me shiver at night.

Funny you should say that. I remember I got locked in the room and saw 2 unlit candles. So It was pretty obvious I had to light the candles. I light them and out of fucking nowhere two ghosts pop out of nowhere in like a millisecond. Well, it wasn't THAT scary but I jumped up a little.
