Because $100 is a lot when you dont have it.

If $100 is chump change, then why don't you give it out every single day. That's what chump change is, and giving away $100 leaves me with $30 for that week after rent to pay bills and live on so I assume I won't get your uninvited respect and as far as that's concerned I don't care. It's not a lot, but when that makes up a large portion what you have it makes a big difference. Also parents don't just have to account for what they need to live on, they have to provide for their children as well.

So im not a rich brat i live in a normal fucking house in a normal fucking street. But this little fucking shit lives in street where if a homeless person walks past they dont know what it is and then start poking it. And they dont know what its like to go hungry. I would like to steal your fucking food and money and leave you on the sidewalk to rot. If you asked for change I'd steal whatever other people gave you then buy candy and piss all over it and give it to you.

Not really in response to the OP, but I used to pay a tutor (not for me) $100/hr, and she worked 4 hours a day, Monday - Thursday, and that's only for one person.
