Oh no, it's the Ventriloquist and Scarface!
Because he was in the greatest comic book movie of all time, of course.

He's a cartoon hero, he isn't supposed to be realistic.

Its not that he's emo about his parent's death, it's that he resolved to rid the city of crime, which it is filled with. If You are a billionaire, I think you might want to give back some.

He is emo about his parents death though. That's the crux of his vigilantism.

Bruce Wayne donates to many charities and funds both the Gotham police and Arkham Asylum, you idiot.

1 bullet to the face and he'll deflect that with his nose? i dont think so
So, according to your logic, the flash, spider-man, green arrow, aquaman, green lantern, and plastic man are all pointless because they could also die from a bullet to the face.

Doesn't really wash. Look at all the tech he has, he could release stuff that could greatly benefit mankind but doesn't, presumably because rather than act like an adult and legitimately fight crime he prefers to run around in his pants and tights knocking seven bells of shit out of petty thieves.

Funds Arham huh? Seems like he doesn't invest enough in the security there, seeing as how the criminals break out all the time.
Hey maybe he ordered flawed security on purpouse so that a rich boy can feel himself a vigilante. Quite a hobby eh?

Does it REALLY make sense to troll on a fictional character? A superhero, no way, but indeed a hero. At least he isn't on steroids. Look at green lantern. Green power ring = Artificial powers. Wonder woman: Greek Armor and speed and strength = Artificial powers. Kratos: Stolen weapons and powers = Artificial powers. Batman: Tazers, steel weapons, money, and a vehicle = 100% Real. Out of all the heroes, this is the only one who POSSIBLY has a chance to become real.

Well let's see here, the Gotham police force is constantly overwhelmed by super villans like the Joker, The Riddler and Killer Croc among a shitload of others that they have to deal with everytime, someone like Batman who uses his wits and gadgets against them really helps out a lot. Considering that he is traumatized by his parents death even in adulthood, naturally he would still have some animosity with the criminals out there, and does everything in his power to stop them.
Oh, and here's the kicker, He doesn't kill anyone, {because he's a DC hero} just beat the crap out of them. {probably why the Joker and others are constantly on the loose.} Compare that to The Punisher who would simply kill them as soon as he sees them, often in brutal fashion.
Just stop worrying, and love the bomb.

Batman is strong because he fights for the people he loves.
How about you?
Anyway, he's a superhero in my mind because he does what has to be done, and does it. Not ah man, I have to do this now? Say what? Complain complain complain! Blah blah blah.

despite batman's general reluctance to kill, this isn't true
batman has killed quite a few people
a few i remember: kgbeast, johnny lang, darkseid (in final crisis), and in the batman/doc savage crossover he kills people with a gun
also, remember when he got high and massacred people with a sub machine gun?

In Final Crisis Darkseid didn't die from the gunshot but it made it easier for the others to finish him. And the Batman/Doc Savage crossover isn't on the canon continuity so that doesn't count.

the point being, batman has definitely killed people
a lot of them in fact
especially in the miller batman runs (which are certainly canon, as they are easily the most popular)

But the Batman from The Dark Knight Returns, The Dark Knight Strikes Again and All Star Batman it's not the Batman
we know, that was a Frank Miller interpretation of what batman COULD be.

Batman isn't a superhero, he's a vigilante.
Hell, if you disagree with that logic, just look at the conversation Kick-Ass' friends were having in the cafe when Kick-Ass asks why no-one is a super hero in real life.
"Because no one has super powers"
"But what about Batman?"
"Well yeah, but he has all the technology that lets him be a Superhero"
Just like Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, Green Lantern and a fair few other "Super" heroes rely on technology and not "Natural" abilities.
illicit makes a damn good signature.

According to your logic the only "natural" heroes would be the ones that born with their powers (Superman and Wonder Woman are the most notable examples) and the other ones that get their powers by accident or "made" their own powers can suck it. Is that what you're trying to say?.
