That rocket hitting the moon will effect it about as much as throwing a rock into a lake would. It's just going to make the moon vibrate enough to see if there is more than one layer on the moon, ie: Water under the surface.

That wouldn't be the only effect. The Earths, currently stable, 23 degree axis would be completely thrown out, causing each rotation to become chaotic, the tides would completely fuck up, if they don't stop completely, and in general, we'd just be doomed by a mega-disaster.
