when are you on NG?

When are you guys normally on NG? I want to know because I want to know the best time to post a flash, which is obviously when there are lots of people on NG, and people dont submit really good flashes which are better than yours. When are you on? and whens the best time to submit?

peple of the portal are on all the time... if you want to avoid the people that are from the ages of 8-15... you know the people who dont know anything... (i dont descriminate against you... i was your age now... and i knew nothing... and all my friends were like me too... we all sucked) so if you want to hit the general age population that knows what a good flash is ... you need to post in the hours of ... 2000 hours to 0500 hours... mountain time. or 8pm to 5am... that will hit the best age time zones.

I'm usually on very late in the day, 1AM to 4AM sometimes. Submit the flash during the afternoon around 5PM to 9PM. If you're going to submit it over the weekend, I'd do it in the morning. (9AM-11AM)

The times people browse the forums isn't really the best indication of when people are voting on flash, because only a fraction of people who go visit Newgrounds have an account, and only a fraction of those people visit the forums. Also, while I'm posting in the forums, I am not usually voting on submissions.

That being said, if you're going for a daily award for your work, I would recommend uploading after 5-6 p.m EDT. That's most people get out of work/class and visit Newgrounds. If your flash is good enough, it get a lot of good votes to put it in the top five for that day. Even if it isn't the best, it could avoid hitting the maximum amount of votes for award eligibility by midnight (EDT) and users will have the entire next day to vote on it.

I would also recommend against uploading anything on the same date that a submission by a popular author is being released, particularly Wednesdays.

check how many people are on the bbs because they are probably checking the flash portal as well - check to see which time is the most popular and then submit it
