Imagine there is a God
It's easy if you try
A pure God of Hatred
Who created you to die
Imagine all the people...
dying off like fleas
Ooh ooh, ooh ooh ooh
You may call me a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope some day, you'll join them
And the dead will be as one.
rot in hell, John Lennon
But seriously, doesn't it make more sense that there IS a God, but He just really, REALLY hates us, and enjoys watching us suffer? That all hope, all children, all "love" is merely a cruel trick by a perverse God of Hatred to make our sudden and inevitable demise all the more pleasurable?
As humans, look at the worlds we make in games; endlessly populated by beings whose only purpose is to die with an interesting "SPLAT!" noise and a spray of blood. Is that not how THIS world is, where each one of us has some sort of twisted, painful end in store? Does God hide his true face from us, just so that our suffering is that much worse in a Godless reality?
