So, I had my friend [name removed] over the other day to do some general business, since we had a 3-day weekend. I was at my house when he texted me asking me if I could keep a secret. I said yes, and he told me he'd come to terms with the fact that he's bisexual, and porn became 50% better for him. I thought he was bullshittin me, but the next day, he started talking about Shotacon and wanting to mount some kid from my school (male, btw). Luckily though, he also talked about regular porn, so he wasn't completely gay. But still, it's weird having a friend who's bisexual. But I looked past it, since I was playing Crazy Taxi and Minish Cap all weekend.

I live in a part of Mass where being LGBT is generally accepted, so I have a number of friends who are openly bisexual/gay. They don't act any differently than my other friends.

Just think of it this way: if he's never acted awkwardly towards you before, he's probably not apt to do so now. The fact that you know about his bisexuality doesn't change who he is.

I still don't see why it's wrong. Acting on pedophilic fantasies is wrong, yes, but what harm does shotacon or lolicon do to anyone? eh, when you're 15/16 sexuality isn't something you can define. I honestly think the majority of self proclaimed bisexuals aren't, they're just in it because they want to experiment. I wouldn't be surprised if >40% of teens claim to be bisexuals and then when they get into their 20s that number drops to <10%.

No offense, but you didn't really make any real argument in that paragraph besides stating that pedophilia is against the law, which isn't actually true. Being a pedophile is not illegal. Acting on those desires is illegal (and immoral), but the actual fetish is not. And besides, not everything that is illegal is immoral and not everything that is legal is moral.

All of the rest of what you said was basically just paraphrasing the statement "pedophilia is wrong" in a number of different ways. You didn't really put anything new up to the table.
