Am I seeing things here? Judging by her recent posts she locked a thread on the 1st of October....So why has she been demodded?

This. She stepped down. If you don't really lock too many threads or ban too many people, then you have the option of stepping down as a mod. Rae is still an excellent member of the community, and even without the aura deserves to be treated with the respect and integrity of a mod.

That's all it is- just a thought. We can try our best, hiding in WiHt to associate with like-minded, mature individuals. Then eventually, inevitably..... Regrettably... We visit General one day. And get reminded why we hide in WiHt, or a club or two. The cycle repeats.
