Apparently it's illegal, in New York anyways. I hate the law. But honestly, how could this be illegal? I've never even SEEN the kid, so how could me saying a violent thing or two be cyberbullying?

What would happen if someone in another area cyberbullied someone in new york? Would it be similar to breaking a law in a foreign country on vacation? Anyway, that's complete crap because, although they can tell the IP address of the computer, they can't guarantee the organism using it's identity.
