I was going to go with Disaster Movie myself, but then I was thinking about some stuff on MST3K I saw, particuarly the movie "Monster A Go-Go". It is simply horrific and even with the riffing it wasn't enjoyable.

The worst ones that come to mind for me are Red Sands and Transformers 2.
Red Sands is a horrible attempt at being a psychological horror when it is neither scary nor intelligent enough to pull it off. It has a scene where a marine just shoots an ancient statue and chuckles while the nerdy guy is like oh dang this ain't good.
Then a guy goes insane and the last guy left is like oh god I gotta kill my own squad mate dude.
So much shit happens too and none of it makes sense nor does it link together. I mean there is being intelligent and making you have to look deeply into it to understand but then there is just plain stupid.
And oh god the special effects where not good at all. The film is not even that old either.

Transformers 2.
Michael Bay managed to fuck up a film that's prime appeal was robots fighting and a hot chick in every scene.
A majority of the characters from the last film are no longer the same and are essentially different characters but with the same name.
Starscream gets an actual character this time around but it's like he is just thrown in there along with the 50000000 explosions.
Decepticon kitchen appliances. wut.
The kid dies and goes to robot heaven and then the robots are like no man no you gotta go back and save the day.
Just about every film cliche ever imaginable takes place and there is absolutely no continuity. I've seen sponges with less holes aaaaaaa. I felt like I was having my intelligence being insulted by the film but I can't tell if Michael Bay thinks we are all idiots or if he is just one big lucky idiot.
The fact that this film had a budget of $200 million USD is a shame too, District 9 was made with $30 million USD and look at what that got us.

I can understand how you might say that it's bad, but the worst film of all time? Not by any stretch.

For me, I'd say one of Ed Wood's later, shittier movies. And I don't mean "oh plan 9" because that has atleast a few redeeming qualities in its shittiness, I mean his later porn oriented shit fests with absolutely no redeeming qualities.

Master of Disguise: I love Dana Carvey, but that was complete shit
The Adventures of Pluto Nash: Eddie Murphy walks over the edge into failville
Battlefield Earth: It could have been enjoyable if it made any sense

Best movies I've ever seen:
Pursuit of Happyness: Will Smith is brilliant in this incredibly inspiring movie.
The Patriot: Mel Gibson may be an ass, but this movie was awesome.

I haven't seen most of the shitfests and the classics, but of those I have seen, those movies stick out in my mind.

Anyway, worst I've ever seen must have been Date Movie. There were a few scenes that were so bad that they managed to force a smile out of me, but I was mostly just embarrassed while watching it.
